02 / A GOOD IDEA STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION
You don’t need a finished design. Bring your idea, your logo or your scribble. We’ll help with the rest.
Share your idea, dimensions, quantities and deadline. A rough brief is absolutely fine.
We’ll talk design, materials and finishes, then agree a quote and turnaround with you.
Once you approve the design, we cut, engrave and check your order, ready for the agreed handover.

03 / BIG CAPABILITY. PERSONAL SERVICE.
Our large 100W industrial laser cutter gives your ideas room to grow. A 1,000 × 600 mm working area handles substantial pieces and efficient batches, with the detail that makes a custom order feel special.
But good work starts before the laser does. With over 14 years of design experience, we help you turn a rough idea into something practical, considered and right for your business.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Have something else in mind?
Give us a call. We’re happy to help.
Absolutely. A sketch, reference image or a few sentences is a good start. With over 14 years of design experience, we can help develop your idea, prepare artwork and recommend a suitable material. Any design work will be included in your quote.
Our 100W CO₂ laser cuts and engraves suitable wood, plywood, MDF and acrylic, and can engrave materials such as slate and glass. Material composition, thickness and finish matter, so we check suitability before quoting. We do not cut metal or PVC. Ask us about a specific item before supplying it.
Yes. We welcome a single custom piece, a small run or a larger business order. Tell us the quantity and size you have in mind so we can plan the most practical way to make it. Unusual requests are very welcome.
We aim for a fast turnaround. Timing depends on the design, material availability and order size, and we agree the lead time with you before going ahead. If you have an event or deadline coming up, include the date in your enquiry and we'll check what is possible.
Tell us what you want to make, approximate dimensions, quantity, preferred material and any deadline. If you have a logo, sketch or reference photo, attach it in your email app after opening your enquiry. SVG, PDF, AI or DXF artwork is useful, but we can also help if your files are not ready.
Our workshop is in Bulwark, Chepstow, UK. We work with businesses across Bristol and South Wales, including cafés, restaurants, event organisers, venues and independent brands. We'll discuss collection or delivery arrangements when we quote for your project.
